Luck of the Irish
St. Patrick's Day cookies! These were little happies being shipped to some friends in Chattanooga! I found this recipe via Sugarbelle a little while ago and just hadn't had a chance to try it yet. I must say I thought these babies were good! I think only half the batch made it out of my house, which means I can not make them again in the forseeable future!

Cowgirl Cake
This was done for a birthday a few weeks ago. The boot was made to match actual boots she had gotten for her birthday and she rides a palomino so we did spots to match her horse.

Lemon Souffle
I was feeling ambitious yesterday and decided to make this Lemon Souffle I've been wanting to try. So, I pulled out my Martha cookbook and got started. This one was definitely worth all the work! I think my family of four ate all eight souffles in five minutes!
